Put Your Skills to the Test in Hero Mastery Courses
Hero Mastery ain’t your average arcade game. You’ll race against time in courses specially designed for Mercy, Reinhardt, and Tracer. And don’t get too comfy; Sojourn and Winston will join the roster later this season. Your swag—err, score—depends on three things: speed, enemy bots K.O.’d, and Emblems collected.
Meet Your New Frenemies: Training Bots
Hero Mastery introduces some new faces to the bot gang. Aside from your standard-issue bots, prepare for Tank Bots with stacked HP, Rocket Bots that deal burst damage, and Sniper Bots that like it long-range. These metal heads are strategically placed throughout the map, so planning your moves is a must.
Scoring Like a Pro
Wanna top the leaderboards? Listen up. You got two ways to max out that score. First, grab those Emblems. They’re scattered around and add bonus points. Sometimes you’ll find Large Emblems that are worth even more. Second, clock in a killer time to earn multipliers: gold, silver, or bronze. Both factors—Emblems and speed—dictate your star rating and total score.
The Road to Hero Mastery
To unlock the Agent course, you’ll need at least a 3-star rating in the Recruit course. And if you’re eyeing that Expert course, you better pull off a 4-star or higher in the Agent one. Oh, and get this: mastering all three courses gets you an exclusive Player Icon, a Name Card, and some Battle Pass XP.
Limited-Time Challenges: Get ’em While They’re Hot
Jumpstart your Hero Mastery journey with exclusive challenges available through September 25. Score unique loot like Weapon Charms, Souvenirs, Sprays, and Titles. Courses for Sojourn and Winston are dropping soon, and additional hero courses are lined up for future seasons.
