And that’s not all—Madden NFL 24 also saw a whopping 36% surge in games played compared to its predecessor, Madden NFL 23.

Some intriguing trends came into the spotlight through the heightened gameplay. Cover athlete Josh Allen remained the top choice at quarterback, racking up double the passing touchdowns compared to Patrick Mahomes. As for team picks, the Baltimore Ravens emerged as the most popular, with a staggering 180% YoY increase in usage.

Free Play Weekend to Showcase Latest Features

If you haven’t yet dived into the gridiron action, EA SPORTS is extending an invitation to football aficionados for a Free Play Weekend. From September 7th through September 10, the game will be accessible on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®4, and PlayStation®5. This limited-time trial lets you feel the enhanced gameplay and delve into modes like Superstar Mode and Franchise Mode.

Madden NFL 24 NFL+ Edition Unveiled

For those looking for a comprehensive football package, EA SPORTS is launching a Madden NFL 24 NFL+ Edition. Available until October 10, this special edition grants access to Madden NFL 24 as well as 3 months of NFL+ Premium.
