NetEase Games, the online games division of NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES, HKEX: 9999), has revealed that the highly anticipated Awakening Dance event will take place in Onmyoji starting June 21st. The event will bring a new Shikigami, SSR Kujaku-Myoo, to the mystical world of Heian-Kyo.
New Seasonal Event: Awakening Dance
Onmyoji’s upcoming seasonal event, “Awakening Dance,” is set to kick off on June 21st. The event will feature a unique summoning experience, replacing regular summons in the game with two distinct versions: New Horizons and Vintage Classics. Each version will have a different pool of SP/SSR Shikigami compared to regular summons. Players will have the freedom to choose either version at any time, with their counts accumulating for various rewards, including stage rewards, special stage rewards, and Memory Scrolls.
Guaranteed Shikigami Summons
During the Awakening Dance event, players are guaranteed to obtain an SP/SSR Shikigami within 60 summons without interrupting the counting of the “Unlucky Streak” achievement series. If an SP/SSR Shikigami is acquired before reaching 60 summons, the count will restart. Additionally, players can use Mystery Amulets, Jades, and AR Amulets to summon 40 times during the summoning period, earning them an additional “Random SP/SSR Shikigami.” Furthermore, throughout the event, players can utilize Mystery Amulets, Jades, and AR Amulets to summon 520 times, granting them a Moon Amulet. This special amulet can be used during the event to summon a designated SP/SSR Shikigami from the limited pool.
Exciting Event Rewards
Following the maintenance on June 21st, the “Awakening Dance” event will begin, allowing players to summon Shikigami and form teams to engage in thrilling battles. By participating in various gameplay modes within the event, players will have the opportunity to acquire exclusive event items that can be exchanged for valuable rewards. These rewards include Hoshiguma Doji’s new skin, “Spring Greenery,” an SSR/SP Summon Scroll, an animated frame called “Plume Veil,” Skill Daruma, limited Illustrations, Jades, and more.
SSR Kujaku-Myoo Memory Scrolls
Commencing after the maintenance on June 21st and concluding on July 11th at 23:59, the SSR Kujaku-Myoo Memory Scrolls event will captivate players. By participating in various gameplay modes, players can obtain Scrolls Shard items, which are used to repair the Memory Scroll. Each time a player repairs the scroll using these shards, they will receive a random reward. Once the scroll has been completely repaired, rewards will be distributed to all players based on their contribution rankings.
New Skin: Fluorescent Heart
With the maintenance on June 21st, players will have access to a stunning new skin for Mushishi. “Fluorescent Heart” can be obtained by clearing the new Secret Zone called “Fluorescent Summer.” This visually captivating skin showcases the ethereal glow and enchanting chirps of flies in the serene ancient forest of a summer night.
