Racing Prodigy and Street Kart Racing Launch PRL SK Racing X30 Miami Cup

Racing Prodigy, a groundbreaking sports, entertainment, and media property, is partnering with Street Kart Racing to launch the second tournament of season 1 of the Prodigy Racing League (PRL). This collaboration will offer mobile iOS gamers the opportunity to race cars on a real track in the PRL SK Racing X30 Miami Cup. The tournament will commence on Saturday, July 1st, marking the e2Real sports league’s first mobile simulation competition. To support Racing Prodigy’s mission of making motorsports more accessible, Street Kart Racing will make the game free to play throughout the entire tournament.

PRL X30 Miami Cup Qualifiers and Participation

The PRL X30 Miami Cup aims to identify and challenge sim racers with daily qualifiers that will run until July 22nd. The tournament’s objective is to discover racing prodigies from around the world. To be eligible to participate in the PRL X30 Miami Cup, racers must register at www.RacingProdigy.com and be at least 13 years old by the final day of the daily qualifiers.

Partnership with Street Kart Racing

Street Kart Racing is one of four game titles, alongside iRacing, rFactor 2, and RaceRoom, that have joined forces with Racing Prodigy for 12 PRL events taking place until October. Tournament winners and top performers will receive a coveted Prodigy Pass, known as the ‘golden ticket of motorsports.’ The pass grants the opportunity to compete in real Radical SR1 race cars at Prodigy Week. This exclusive event will be held from October 30th to November 1st at Atlanta Motorsports Park. Participants will receive expert instruction on racing technique, fitness, and communication.

PRL iRacing GR86 Cup Open Challenge

The ongoing PRL iRacing GR86 Cup Open Challenge, the first tournament of season 1, will conclude on July 2nd. The tournament has attracted sim racers from more than 65 countries worldwide, including the U.S., Australia, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Guatemala, Lebanon, Nepal, and South Korea, among others. Racing Prodigy’s Twitch channel will broadcast the semi-finals and final on July 1st and July 2nd at 1pm EDT, respectively. The first Prodigy Pass winner will be celebrated during this event.

Future Plans: Prodigy Week and Real-World Racing Series

Following the conclusion of the first Prodigy Week, Racing Prodigy plans to host a second Prodigy Week in early 2024. During this event, an additional 35 Prodigy Pass winners will be selected, creating a pool of 50 of the world’s most talented drivers. These drivers will be eligible for selection by PRL teams through a drafting process. The plan is for the drafted drivers to receive paid contracts to compete in PRL’s first real-world racing series, which is scheduled to launch in the United States in 2024.
