Motion Twin’s colorful roguevania action-platformer, Dead Cells, is coming to Steam this Spring, and we wanted to give you the heads up that we’re working on the game. If you enjoy games like Salt and Sanctuary and Rogue Legacy, then Dead Cells is a game that should not be passed up.
Dead Cells will also be playable at PAX East and there are still appointments available, so if you have some time in the planner, book an appointment with us or at least stop by the booth if you find yourself inside the Indie Megabooth area.

- There will be a new region shown at PAX East that hasn’t been shown anywhere else. Additionally, there will be a tutorial with more story and lore based around the metagame.
Dead Cells is a roguevania action-platformer, allowing you to explore a sprawling, ever-changing castle… assuming you’re able to fight your way past its keepers. To finish the game, you’ll have to master 2D souls-like like combat with the ever-present threat of permadeath looming. No checkpoints. Kill, die, learn, repeat.
