Diverging from the game’s usual serious narrative, this update embraces a chilled-out island holiday vibe, giving players a unique blend of combat and relaxation. The trailer reveals a squad of anime girls geared up in swimsuits ready for some tropical action.
New Faces and Firepower
The “Verdurous Holiday” update isn’t just about changing into swimwear. It welcomes a five-star character, a high-octane five-star weapon, and five fresh outfits to the game. Meet the new five-star version of Mauxir known as “Mauxir – Shadow Ka.” With her cat-like quirks, Mauxir reveals astonishing transformation skills in this edition. She comes armed with the brand-new “Alloy Truth” submachine gun. To top off the new arrivals, a scorching outfit named “Sizzling Holiday” is up for grabs.
Swimsuit Squad Expansion
Three more characters are flaunting swimsuit outfits: the formidable Chen Xing – Ethereal Cloud, sharpshooter Yao – Winter Solstice, and gentle Enya. Players can snag Enya’s swimsuit for free at the “Sea Breeze Market” event shop. Yao and Marian – Swift also get new outfits, with Yao’s “Enduring Valor” outfit displaying unexpected battle damage effects, generating buzz within the Snowbreak community.
Island Adventure Gameplay
This update unveils richly designed island maps, island-themed BOSS battles, and various engaging gameplay modes. For the first time in co-op gameplay, a leaderboard mechanism is introduced, catering to the competitive spirit of players. Following the addition of an open world in the previous update, an island-themed open world emerges, inviting players to explore, gather resources, and indulge in fishing and Goldrush Party monopoly mini-games. These mini-games harmonize with the laid-back island ambiance.
Bounty of Bonuses
Players have a shot at ample free resources in this update. A 7-day login mission awards 10 “Manifestation Echo Covenants,” equivalent to a free 10-card draw. Players can further bag a self-chosen five-star character and five card draws along with a bounty of enhancement materials, all by using island tokens at the “Seabreeze Market” during events. The offer for new players to earn a self-picked five-star character on finishing main story progress [5-12] remains active.
