Square Enix announced Life is Strange Double Exposure at the 2024 Xbox Games Showcase. Developed by Deck Nine Games, this new entry in the acclaimed narrative adventure franchise introduces a supernatural murder mystery that promises to captivate both new and returning players. The game launches on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch on October 29, 2024.
Max Caulfield, a photographer at Caledon University, discovers her new friend Safi dead in the snow, murdered. To save her, Max attempts to rewind time, a power she hasn’t used in years. Instead, she opens a parallel timeline where Safi is still alive and in danger. Max realizes the killer will strike again in both realities. Only Max can shift between the timelines to solve and prevent the murder.
