This move marks a significant expansion for the creators of AO Tennis 2 and Tennis World Tour 2 into the realm of sports gaming. Early Access – A Rally of Features
TIEBREAK isn’t just another tennis game. Its early access release coincides with the 2024 ATP and WTA tennis seasons, offering players an immersive pro tennis experience. The game’s development is focused on harnessing player feedback to perfect its realism and ambition.
In this initial release, players can expect a lineup of top ATP and WTA talent, including Andy Murray, Naomi Osaka, and Daniil Medvedev. The early access version also features a Quick Match mode, access to all ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 series courts, and basic tutorials to help players sharpen their skills.
Development Roadmap – Anticipated Updates
The journey for TIEBREAK is just beginning. Over the next few months, the game is set to evolve with significant updates:
- February – March: Gamers can look forward to 10-15 new licensed players, player and venue creation tools, online custom matches, and an online tournament mode, all refined with player input.
- April – May: The roster will expand further with an additional 10-30 players, advanced tutorials, online tournament scheduling, and a career mode, continuing to integrate community feedback.
