VR Title Unplugged: Air Guitar’s Take Control Update Expands Controller Support Plus 20 New Songs

The Take Control update brings over 20 new songs to master, support for multiple VR controllers, new guitar designs, and 20+ new cosmetics available now on the Steam Store for HTC Vive (Pro), Meta Rift (S), Valve Index, and Windows Mixed Reality players, as well as on the Meta Quest and Rift Store.

Vertigo Games, the VR publishing and development branch of the global PLAION Group, as well as developer Anotherway are proud to release the Take Control update for Unplugged: Air Guitar for free on the Steam and Meta Quest/Rift Stores. As the game’s biggest enhancement to-date, the Take Control update makes rocking out a breeze with broader support for a variety of VR controllers, over twenty new songs to add to the Unplugged catalog of rock, punk and metal classics, four new guitar models for the player to choose from, and over twenty new cosmetic items. To mark the occasion, Vertigo Games is offering a 40% discount for all new purchases of Unplugged: Air Guitar, so that even the uninitiated can begin their journey to rock stardom!

The Take Control update is the latest addition to Unplugged: Air Guitar, the critically-acclaimed and Quest VR Game of the Year 2021-winning VR guitar game produced by the lead guitarist of the celebrated Guitar Hero franchise. Unplugged lets you play all your favorite headbangers and etch your name into rock history within an immersive VR experience, making rocking out feel more real than ever before.
