Black Desert Mobile, developed and serviced by Pearl Abyss, has exceeded 1 million pre-registrations in Korea as of the 29 (Wed), in just one short week.
At the media showcase, held on November 23, Black Desert Mobile, showed the world that mobile games can be different and that limits can be exceeded. The game’s stunning graphics and user-friendly business model definitely left users on the edge of their seats. As soon as pre-registrations started in Korea, the website was met with a huge amount of user traffic and is expected to be record breaking.
“The number of pre-registrations reached a whomping 1,000,000 in seven days from the start of pre-registrations. I am very grateful to all those who have contributed to the game,” said Young-chul Ham, the company’s strategic planning director. “Before we release it in Korea, we will focus on improving the game, and we will bring you something that will satisfy many people. We also want to let our global users know that we plan to launch Black Desert Mobileglobally in 2018.”
The official trailer, which was released in line with the media showcase schedule, became a hot topic of discussion on social media. It has brought out the expectation of gamers by presenting a level of graphics and intense action that have not been seen in mobile games until now.
