Pokémon HOME Update 3.0.0 Introduces Connectivity with Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet

Pokémon fans have a reason to rejoice as The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo have announced an upcoming update for Pokémon HOME. Version 3.0.0 of the popular cloud service launch is TBD, bringing exciting connectivity with the highly anticipated Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet video games.

The key highlight of this update is the compatibility between Pokémon HOME and the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games. Players will now have the ability to transfer Pokémon between Pokémon HOME and these games, expanding their options and allowing for seamless integration between the platforms.

With the new connectivity, players can link their Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet games to Pokémon HOME, enabling them to transfer Pokémon from these games into the cloud service. Additionally, select Pokémon from other games can also be brought into the Paldea region. It’s worth noting that the Tera Type of Pokémon transferred from other games will be determined by their original types.

To celebrate this exciting new feature, players who transfer a Pokémon from Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet into Pokémon HOME for the first time will receive special Mystery Gifts in the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME. These Mystery Gifts include Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly with Hidden Abilities, adding further excitement to their Pokémon collection.

Version 3.0.0 of Pokémon HOME also brings a range of additional features and improvements. Players will have the ability to convert their Pokémon HOME Points into LP (League Points), which can be used within Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. This exchange system offers a new way to utilize accumulated points and enhance the gaming experience.

Furthermore, the update allows players to view game-specific details of their Pokémon. This feature enables them to access information from other games that their Pokémon have been a part of, offering a comprehensive overview of their Pokémon’s journey and previous adventures.

A notable enhancement is the ability to change the moves known by a Pokémon when transferring it from Pokémon HOME to a linked game. Players will have the option to select moves from a list of previously learned moves, providing greater customization and strategic flexibility in battle.

Completing challenges in the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME will reward players with stickers that can be used to personalize their profiles. These stickers add a touch of individuality and allow players to showcase their achievements and creativity within the Pokémon community.

The update also introduces the ability to bring the Roaming Form of Gimmighoul from Pokémon GO into Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet through Pokémon HOME, further bridging the gap between different Pokémon games.

The Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon HOME will receive the same update, providing players with the convenience of accessing all the new features and functionalities directly on their console.

Pokémon trainers and fans can look forward to the arrival announcement of Pokémon HOME update 3.0.0 soon, and dive into a world of enhanced connectivity and possibilities. Prepare to transfer your Pokémon, receive special Mystery Gifts, and enjoy a more personalized Pokémon experience. Stay tuned for more updates and announcements as Pokémon HOME continues to evolve and enrich the Pokémon gaming ecosystem.
