EGX, the UK’s biggest games event, and SEGA, the worldwide games publisher, today announced the opening of submissions for the Leftfield Collection at EGX 2017.
The Leftfield Collection seeks to highlight the creativity and diversity of the independent development scene and provides a free platform for creators to exhibit their games to the vast EGX audience. Developers are encouraged to submit projects of all types including those that feature non-traditional input methods or those that cannot be easily pigeon holed by genre.
There is no charge to exhibit in the Leftfield Collection, however, there are a limited number of places available and hundreds of games are likely to be submitted. More information on the submissions process and the submissions form can be found here – goo.gl/1Uw88x
The window for entries this year closes on Friday 28th July and the selected games are expected to be revealed two weeks later. All queries should be directed to David Hayward, the collection’s curator. Submissions must be made via the entry form, please do not send your projects by email.
