DC Dual Force, the much-anticipated digital collectible card game, has now dropped on both Steam and the Epic Game Store. The timing couldn’t be more fitting with Halloween lurking just around the corner. Stealing the spotlight in this launch is the corrupted and menacing figure of The Batman Who Laughs. This twisted version of the Dark Knight takes center stage in two playable comics set to release at the end of October—Dark Knights Rising: Wild Hunt and Dark Knights Metal.

This demented Batman not only dominates in the comics but also brings anarchy to PvP matches. A special Leader Card dedicated to The Batman Who Laughs allows players to build decks that promise chaos and unpredictability. Tobin Lent, COO of CCG Labs, elaborates, “The Batman Who Laughs is from a timeline where Batman succumbs to Joker’s toxin. He then recruits other corrupted versions of himself, creating a horde of Dark Knights that wreak havoc across the multiverse. Our playable comics offer an experience where you control these Dark Knights against our core heroes.”

Special Leader Bundles: Rock Out with Death Metal Skins

The launch celebration goes beyond just introducing the crazed Batman. DC Dual Force is also rolling out three special Leader Bundles featuring alternative art inspired by Dark Nights: Death Metal. The bundles showcase Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman in their Death Metal avatars. For 1,300 Gems, roughly translating to $13, each bundle includes a unique Leader card, 5 booster packs, a profile image, and a themed card back. Want to go all in? The Dark Nights Premium Pack comes with all three Leader Bundles and 50 booster packs for 6,000 Gems, offering more than $100 worth of content for approximately $60.

From PvP Duels to PvE Comics: A Complete DC Experience

DC Dual Force isn’t just about PvP showdowns. The game offers a unique way for players to relive classic comics in a PvE setting. Storylines such as Justice League: Origin will be part of the playable content, allowing gamers to defend Earth against the menacing Darkseid. New additions to these solo-play adventures will roll out weekly, ensuring the DC experience keeps evolving.

Whether you’re looking to dive into head-to-head combat or wish to experience the DC Universe in a new narrative form, DC Dual Force has got you covered. Available now on Steam, the Epic Game Store, and dcdualforce.com, this digital card game promises a jam-packed launch month with offerings to suit all types of gamers. So, what are you waiting for?
