KOG Games has released its newest SR Hero, Sol, on May 2nd, 2023, for its popular free-to-play Mobile RPG GrandChase. Sol, the latest addition to the game, is an assault hero that specializes in weakening enemies, protecting allies, and executing the fallen.
Sol charges into battle, gathering enemies so that his allies can deal great damage to multiple enemies. He also protects his allies from enemy knockback effects and harmful debuffs, making him an ideal choice for players who want to focus on support roles. Sol’s background story is one of duty and honor, as he serves to execute the fallen brethren of his people, burdened by the weight of his people’s expectations.
Players who participated in the Pre-Registration Event can now use the code they received to claim both Sol Avatar Select Ticket that can be exchanged for 1 of Fluffy, Checkmate, Toy Keyring, or Box Box avatars and Limited Effect Profile Border. Additionally, players can obtain the SR 5★ Hero Sol just by logging into the game, and Sol will be delivered to their System Mail tab.
With the release of Sol, various events are also available to help players progress. The Sol Step Up and Onwards with Sol events allow players to grow Sol, while the new Character Story Event provides insight into Sol’s background story. For new and returning players, the Grand Express Event will return to help catch up on current progression. All players will receive heroes and the materials necessary for their growth, including Chaser Cubes, Chaser Crystals, Soul Essences, and Soul Imprint Cubes. These heroes can be grown to Chaser Rank 20 and Soul Imprint Rank 10.
