Indie publisher Hound Picked Games and US developer Katsu Entertainment LLC are excited to announce the upcoming release of Dogfight: A Sausage Bomber Story. The game is scheduled to launch on digital stores for Xbox Series, PlayStation 4 (playable on PS5), Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam + Epic Games Store) on April 13th at a price of $18 / €18.
Dogfight: A Sausage Bomber Story is a tribute to the studio’s 10th anniversary and revisits one of their first original IPs, Sausage Bomber, which was released in 2013 for PC and mobile. This sequel promises to be bigger, bolder, and even more challenging, expanding the game to PC and console platforms.
The game’s story is set a decade after the end of the Sausage war, a time when Sausage weapon technology has brought peace and growth in various fields, leading to an era of prosperity. However, a new threat arises from the shadows of the old world: the terrorist organization, Vega Nation. The Sausage Bomber corps must once again protect the world using their innovative Sausage-based weaponry.
Dogfight: A Sausage Bomber Story offers four difficulty levels and a dynamic speedrun mode that adapts to the game’s intensity, providing players with numerous options to tailor their gaming experience. As players progress through the game and complete missions, they unlock new weapons to equip on their planes.
