No Return is a highly immersive dreamcore single-player game set in modern-day China that blends elements of Chinese folklore to create a dreamcore horror experience. Trapped in a series of never-ending corridors and rooms, players will have to find and unlock vital clues as they investigate a reality where the living and the dead transform the environment they inhabit and navigate. The game is developed by BlameTech, a Chinese indie developer that creates highly-immersive games with a focus on narrative storytelling, and published by the indie publisher studio Pixmain.

The game has been revealed ahead of Pixmain’s inaugural Enter the Dragon opening night show, airing this evening from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm (Pacific Time) on Steam and Twitch, to whet viewers’ appetites for the many announcements and new trailers to come. Enter the Dragon is a week-long celebration of Chinese developers and publishers that will run through April 29th and feature exciting new announcements and hundreds of games.

Set in modern-day China, ‘No Return’ follows the protagonist as he returns from work to his family home, only to find it transformed and twisted into a nightmarish never-ending loop. Players will follow the protagonist’s journey as he embarks on a mind-shattering quest that fuses fantasy with reality as he scavenges for clues to piece together what has happened. ‘No Return’ will be coming to PC in Autumn 2022 and is available to wishlist now.

The single-player highly immersive dreamcore psycho-horror experience blends elements of real Chinese folklore to unlock vital clues as players investigate connections between the living and the dead.

Trapped in a series of never-ending corridors and rooms, twisted from their once homely and familiar state, players are tasked with solving a series of puzzles to progress as their surroundings transform more and more with each loop.

‘No Return’ is a classic horror story with a central mystery around a broken home for players to uncover. Collect memory fragments to reveal truths about your character and their once happy family – but be warned not all memories are welcoming.

‘No Return’ was revealed today to whet people’s appetite ahead of Enter the Dragon, Pixmain’s inaugural event featured on Steam that will showcase the latest, most exciting upcoming games and releases developed in Mainland China and Taiwan. The week-long event aims to shine a spotlight on both indie games and the latest blockbusters due for release for players globally. Enter the Dragon will run until 29th April, find out more on the event site or follow Enter the Dragon on Twitter and Discord.
