During Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase, Humble Games and Meowza Games revealed the launch dates for their charming game, Mineko’s Night Market. The game is scheduled for release on Nintendo Switch and PC on September 26, 2023, followed by a launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox One consoles on October 26, 2023.

The trailer delves into the history of a village situated at the base of Mount Fugu, where the cat-god Nikko was once venerated. As years have passed and outside forces have been drawn to the area, the village, its inhabitants, and their cherished night market may now depend on the legend, magic, and power of Nikko.
In Mineko’s Night Market, players assume the role of Mineko, a curious girl who has just moved to her new home on a Japanese-inspired island steeped in superstition. The island’s locals worship the Sun Cat, Nikko, whose existence has long been considered a myth. However, recent sightings of Nikko have puzzled the townspeople. Players will uncover the town’s secrets while managing daily activities, completing various jobs, embarking on whimsical quests, and crafting unique items in preparation for the weekly Night Market.
