The Three Sleep Types

Once players have studied the sleep styles of the gathered Pokémon, they can offer them Poké Biscuits, which increases their friendliness and enables them to join players as helper Pokémon.

In Pokémon Sleep, players receive a “sleep score” based on the duration of their sleep. Sleeping for a minimum of 8.5 hours grants players 100 points. As players extend their sleep duration, Snorlax’s Drowsy Power increases, leading to the arrival of more Pokémon each time the player wakes up.

Weekends may witness an influx of Pokémon looking for a place to sleep, and it is possible to encounter rarer species during these special times!
