San Antonio’s Hebi Studios begins national convention tour at Pax South

HEBI Studios will attend Pax South this Friday through Sunday (Jan. 12-14) to showcase their first game “RageBall”. Marking their initial stop in a season-long conventions tour, the company will celebrate by hosting a bracket tournament, in which the winner will receive a free Nintendo Wii U console. The contest will be held at booth number 16103.

“Hebi is looking forward to seeing everybody,” said Angelus Delacroix, HEBI Studios CEO. “We loved how “Rageball” connected with our fans last year. Our goal in 2018  is improving our gameplay by watching player interactions. We value everyone’s feedback.”

After an impressive demonstration at Pax South in 2015, Nintendo marketers picked up “RageBall” for the Wii U. The game – often described as “Pong on steroids” – was released in 2017 on Steam, and is being released on the Switch later this year.

“Pax South is the premier video game convention in San Antonio,” said Russell Martinez, Director of Marketing. “We are thrilled to bring our game to Hebi’s hometown at such a fun event. We are expecting a big turnout for “RageBall.””

An active participant in community services, HEBI studios will also be collecting donations for Saint Baldrick’s foundation at their booth. 100% of the proceeds will go to the organization, which funds research to find cures for children with cancer.
