SEGA and Creative Assembly Roll Out New DLC
SEGA of Europe and Creative Assembly have launched the Shadows of Change DLC pack for Total War: WARHAMMER III. The DLC adds a triple threat of legendary lords: The Changeling for Tzeentch, Yuan Bo, the Jade Dragon for Grand Cathay, and Mother Ostankya for Kislev.
Meet the Legendary Lords
The Changeling (Tzeentch)
A master of disguise and deception, The Changeling thrives on sowing discord. Raising cults in settlements to further his machinations, he can tip Elector Counts into civil war and destabilize The Empire from within. New Units: The Blue Scribes, Tzaangors, the Cockatrice, and the Mutalith Vortex Beast.
Yuan Bo, The Jade Dragon (Grand Cathay)
Though he appears as a mere bureaucrat, Yuan Bo serves as a formidable spymaster, sorcerer, and warrior. His prowess shines in singling out and defeating enemy heroes and lords in melee combat. New Units: the Jade Lion, the Jet Lion, Onyx Crowmen, the Celestial General, and the Zhangu War Drum.
Mother Ostankya, Daughter of the Forest (Kislev)
Lurking in the ancient oblasts of old Kislev, Mother Ostankya haunts the nightmares of Kislevite children. Her arcane abilities enable her to conjure potent incantations. New Units: the Hag Witch, the Incarnate Elemental of Beasts, The Things in the Woods, and Akshina Ambushers.
Free Content & Patch 4.0 Highlights
Alongside the DLC, players can access a new Legendary Hero: Aekold Helbrass, a chaos cultist reborn as a Champion of Tzeentch. Patch 4.0 brings AI refinements, 13 new legacy landmarks, visual overhauls for the Lore of Light and Lore of Beasts, and new battle maps. For full patch notes, refer to the official Total War blog.
