Com2uS has announced the return of its competitive esports event, Summoners War World Arena Championship (SWC 2022). During the event, players will have the opportunity to claim up to $210,000 in cash prizes as they participate in competitive battles against top Summoners from around the world.
The SWC tournament has proven to be a fan-favorite event for Summoners War players, with SWC 2021 reaching a record high of 56,000 registrations and 1.62 million cumulative views during the 2021 World Finals Livestream. This year, fans can tune in to the Livestream of the preliminaries on the official Summoners War Esports YouTube channel.
Additionally, players can celebrate the 8th anniversary of Summoners War with two in-game events and earn special prizes and rewards.
Summoners War World Arena Championship (SWC2022)
Summoners War fans around the globe can tune in to watch the sixth annual SWC 2022, where the best Summoners War players will battle for cash prizes and the opportunity to claim victory. - Participants will be selected for the preliminaries based on the World Arena Season 20 and Season 21 records from those that applied to participate.

8th Anniversary In-Game Events
In honor of Summoner Wars’ 8th anniversary, players can participate in two special anniversary events:
- 6★ Legend Rune Craft Event – Starting on June 8th, 2022 at 7 pm PDT through July 31st, 2022 at 7:59 am PDT, players can craft two 6★ Legendary Runes with a Rune type and slot number of their choice, along with a power-up +6, in order to earn various rewards and points. Also, players can win eight Valkyrja emojis when they obtain 10,000 points. More information about the event can be found here.
- Special Check-in Gift Event – Starting on June 30th, 2022 players can check in every day and collect various gifts to celebrate the 8th anniversary. Some of the reward items include a Mystical Scroll x 1, Mana Stone 200,000+ and much more!
Additionally, Com2uS is hosting a series of Summoners War meetups throughout the summer called “Summoners War: Tour of Americas,” with the next event taking place in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 11th, 2022. Join the community of Summoners War fans and take part in various fun activities, play Summoners War together and receive limited-edition merchandise.
What: Attendees who register can join the free meetup and interact with their favorite Summoners War influencers and fellow fans. All attendees will receive swag bags with Summoners War merchandise exclusive to each city’s meetup.
Additional merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, figurines, and playmatts will be available for sale. Notably, there will be new releases available for sale for the very first time, including two types of wireless phone chargers, a Brownie plushie cushion, and a crystal coaster set.
