TEPPEN’s ’30_MINUTES.EXE’ Event: Mega Man Battle Network Joins the Battle

The popular card battle game TEPPEN introduces a thrilling new event called “30_MINUTES.EXE” today. This event brings the iconic Mega Man Battle Network series into the TEPPEN universe, adding more excitement to the countdown towards city-wide destruction. Players can now immerse themselves in the action-packed battles and race against a ticking digital doomsday clock, joining forces with beloved characters from other renowned series such as Monster Hunter, Street Fighter, and Resident Evil.

Mega Man Battle Network Enters the Fray

In TEPPEN’s R&D hub of Den City, thousands of years after an ecological disaster, the descendants of an advanced civilization have established a peaceful Cyberworld. However, this tranquility is shattered when mysterious invaders initiate a countdown to the destruction of their world. RiCO from Mega Man X DiVE, the guardian of Den City, entrusts Ryu from the Street Fighter series with the monumental task of saving the day. But Ryu can’t do it alone. He teams up with Lan Hikari and MegaMan.EXE from the Mega Man Battle Network series, along with their trusted friends and Net Navis. Together, they must deploy their vast array of Battle Chips to defeat the invaders before time runs out.

New Cards for the Ultimate Showdown

The “30_MINUTES.EXE” card pack introduces exciting new cards that players can utilize in their battles against the mysterious invaders. They can choose to face off against these foes or even join their ranks. Among the new cards are:

  1. Network Invader M. Bison (Black card)
    • Type: Unit
    • Tribe: Human
    • Rarity: 6
    • Attack: 2
    • HP: 11
    • Effects:
      • : Deals 6 or more damage to the enemy Hero or an enemy unit.
      • Lv. 2: Summons 1 CyberBoss M. Bison Virus onto the field.
  2. Crimson NetNavi ProtoMan.EXE (Purple card)
  3. Blazing NetNavi FireMan.EXE (Red card)
  4. Justice NetNavi MegaMan.EXE (Green card)

Challenges and Modes

The limited-time Event Quest, “30_MINUTES.EXE,” presents players with exciting challenges that involve defeating viruses and strengthening their decks to save Den City. By participating in this event, players can earn valuable rewards such as new relics and player icons. One of the rewards includes the exclusive Bass.EXE player icon.

In celebration of TEPPEN’s 4th Anniversary, players can enjoy special activities and bonuses. They can obtain Skin Pack Tickets, which can be exchanged for one of the 28 unique skins available. Each ticket guarantees a different skin without any duplicates. For the anniversary, Felicia from the Darkstalkers series makes her Hero debut with a TEPPEN-exclusive design as an EX Skin for Nergigante from the Monster Hunter series, becoming available in July. Additionally, players can acquire 50 free card pack tickets during the campaign, including 10 cards from the “30_MINUTES.EXE” pack that can be used immediately in standard mode. First-time players also receive 50 Core Pack Tickets to kick-start their TEPPEN journey.

Furthermore, players can head to the Exchange to claim a free season pass, skin packs, and special 4th Anniversary-themed items and packs. Those who appreciate Relics will find it worthwhile to trade their Jewels for decks that come pre-equipped with powerful Relics. In July, four decks based on the Street Fighter, Mega Man X, Devil May Cry, and Resident Evil series will be released. Moreover, players can enjoy new and returning background music (BGMs) during this event. Starting from July 14 to August 1, players can enjoy the energetic “Theme of M. Bison” from Street Fighter V and the captivating “VS. Life Virus” from the Mega Man Battle Network series. Additionally, from July 3 to September 1, players can look forward to the return of various BGMs inspired by characters from the Mega Man X series, Resident Evil series, and more.

Card Rotation for Standard Mode

With the introduction of the “30_MINUTES.EXE” event, the “Super Spooky Village” card set will rotate out of Standard Mode. This means that players will no longer be able to use cards from the “Super Spooky Village” set in their standard matches. However, players can still utilize these cards in other game modes and events.

TEPPEN continues to captivate players with its diverse and thrilling crossovers, and the addition of the Mega Man Battle Network series in the “30_MINUTES.EXE” event promises exciting battles and challenges. As players race against the clock to save Den City, they will have the opportunity to collect powerful new cards, unlock exclusive rewards, and experience the adrenaline-pumping gameplay that TEPPEN is known for.
