Game Overview
Construction Simulator 4, the latest entry in the popular Construction Simulator franchise by astragon Entertainment, is slated for release on May 28, 2024. This new installment will be available on iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones and tablets, and the Nintendo Switch. Developed by Independent Arts Software, a German studio, the game is now available for pre-order.
Multiplayer and Single-Player Modes
For the first time, Construction Simulator 4 introduces cooperative multiplayer on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. Players can team up to complete over 10 construction jobs collaboratively. In single-player mode, the game offers an extensive campaign with more than 100 jobs, maintaining the franchise’s tradition of varied construction tasks.
Game Features and Equipment
Players will navigate a map inspired by the Canadian landscape, called Pinewood Bay, featuring diverse areas each with unique construction challenges. The game boasts over 80 machines from more than 20 top manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Kenworth, and Liebherr, enhancing the realistic construction experience.
Event Presence and Availability
Construction Simulator 4 will be showcased at PAX East in Boston from March 21-24, 2024, where attendees can play a demo version. Additionally, an astragon showcase will provide a first look at the game via a livestream on March 23. The game is priced at 4.99 USD/EUR/GBP on mobile platforms and 34.99 USD/EUR/GBP on the Nintendo eShop, with a boxed version also available in select markets.
