Event Overview:
This weekend, players have a unique opportunity to explore multiple eras in history via five games from the Assassin’s Creed series. Spanning from the Renaissance to the Viking Age and the Golden Age of Piracy, these games will be available for free play from August 10th to August 14th.

Xbox:
- All five games are available to Xbox Live Gold subscribers from August 10th at 10:00AM PT/7:00PM CEST to August 14th at 1:00AM PT/10:00AM CEST.
- Special sales, including a buy-one-get-two-free deal on select Assassin’s Creed games, will be available between August 10th – 14th. Players can also enjoy up to 70% off on titles like Assassin’s Creed Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla (including DLCs) until August 15th. From August 15th – 28th, discounts rise to up to 85%.
PC:
- Assassin’s Creed II, Brotherhood, Revelations, and Valhalla will be accessible via Ubisoft Connect, while Valhalla is also available on the Epic Games Store. Free play runs from August 10th at 9:00AM PT/6:00PM CEST until August 14th at 5:00AM PT/2:00PM CEST.
- Preloads for Valhalla start on August 8th at 9:00AM PT/6:00PM CEST via both Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store. The other games can be preloaded via Ubisoft Connect from the same time.
- Discounts of up to 85% are available on the Ubisoft Store until August 17th, with select purchases also granting a Ubisoft Wallet bonus.
PlayStation:
- On PS4 and PS5, players can access Assassin’s Creed Valhalla during the free weekend, whereas the Ezio Collection and Black Flag are accessible via a PlayStation Plus Extra subscription.
- Valhalla can be preloaded starting August 8th at 9:00AM PT/6:00PM CEST.
- Discounts up to 85% are available for Assassin’s Creed titles until August 30.
Additional Information:
Standard Edition Content: Players can access all of the Standard Edition content during the free weekend. This means the experience of establishing a settlement in ninth-century England in Valhalla, embarking on tales of conspiracy in Renaissance cities with Ezio Auditore da Firenze, and exploring the Caribbean as Edward Kenway in Black Flag.
Twitch Livestream Rewards: Watching HD Assassin’s Creed game streams from 9:00AM PT/6:00 PM CEST on August 10th to 9:00AM PT/6:00 PM CEST on August 14th can earn viewers in-game items for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Rewards include the High Elf Tattoo Set, Yggdrasil Leaf, and Mystical Settlement Pack.
Referral Rewards: Referring friends to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla can earn players in-game items if the referred friends play for more than two hours.
Progression: Players can retain any progress made during the free weekend if they decide to purchase the full versions after the event.
