Dragonflight Fractures in Time (10.1.5) Update: New Specialization, Mega-Dungeon, and More!

Dragonflight’s upcoming content update, Fractures in Time (10.1.5), is set to launch on July 11th. As the Champions of Azeroth continue their assault against Scalecommander Sarkareth in Aberrus, a hidden laboratory beneath the Dragon Isles, they will face a new threat from the Infinite Dragonflight.

New Class Specialization: Augmentation Evoker

One of the major additions in this update is the introduction of a new damage specialization called Augmentation Evoker. Augmentation Evokers harness the powers of the Bronze Dragonflight and the recently acquired abilities of the Black Dragonflight. They utilize these powers to support their allies on the battlefield, offering various buffs sustained through damage dealt in combat. This marks World of Warcraft’s first “support” specialization.

New Mega-Dungeon: Dawn of the Infinite

Fractures in Time brings a new eight-boss Mythic-only dungeon known as Dawn of the Infinite. Players will delve into the timeways, confronting the Infinite Dragonflight, long-standing adversaries of the Bronze dragons. The Infinite Dragonflight has been working tirelessly to achieve their ultimate goal of transforming Nozdormu, the Aspect of Time, into Murozond. Alongside this, players will come face-to-face with the calculated Iridikron for the first time, as they strive to prevent the Infinite Dragonflight from succeeding.

New Daily Activities: Time Rifts & Whelp Daycare

The update introduces two new daily activities for players to engage in: Time Rifts and Whelp Daycare. Time Rifts will appear in Thaldraszus, and players will need to fend off invading enemies from other timelines to earn epic rewards. These rewards include alt catch-up gear, mounts, transmogrification items, pets, and more.

Whelp Daycare allows players to assist the whelpling nursery in Valdrakken. Through various activities, including dragon riding, players will raise different whelps and earn additional pets to expand their collection.

New Class Expansion: Warlocks

Fractures in Time opens up the Warlock class to all remaining non-Dracthyr races. Night Elves, Draenei, Pandaren, and Tauren will now have access to the Warlock class, expanding the options for players who wish to delve into the dark arts.

Class Balance & Tuning

As with every update, Fractures in Time will bring a round of balance adjustments and tuning across all classes. These changes aim to ensure a fair and engaging gameplay experience for all players.

With the launch of Fractures in Time (10.1.5) on July 11th, World of Warcraft players can look forward to an exciting array of new features, including the Augmentation Evoker specialization, the Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon, captivating daily activities such as Time Rifts and Whelp Daycare, the expansion of Warlocks to additional races, and class balance improvements. Get ready to step into the fractured Dragonflight and shape the course of Azeroth’s destiny!
