EA SPORTS PGA TOUR Update 4.5: Introducing 60 FPS Mode and Exciting Additions

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR has released Title Update 4.5, introducing several new features and improvements based on community feedback. One of the highly requested additions is the “Performance Mode” or 60 FPS (frames per second), which is now available for players on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles. This mode can be accessed through the new “Visual Quality” setting in the in-game visual settings screen, allowing players to toggle between “Quality Mode” and “Performance Mode.”

In the default “Quality Mode,” the game delivers the highest quality visuals at a frame rate of 30 FPS. On the other hand, “Performance Mode” offers smoother camera motion and animation at 60 FPS. However, this comes at the cost of lower resolution and visual fidelity.

In preparation for the U.S. Women’s Open, scheduled to be held at the renowned Pebble Beach Golf Links from July 6th to the 9th, the game has received updates to support a series of challenges during the tournament. These updates have been implemented under the hood to ensure a seamless experience for players.

Furthermore, the main menu of the game has been enhanced to display dynamic messages. The development team plans to utilize this feature to improve communication regarding important updates, including the release of new content or patches.
