Esports BAR+ Americas Partners with easylive.io

Esports BAR, the world’s esports business arena series, today announces its broadcast partnership with easylive.io, for upcoming digital edition, Esports BAR+ Americas, September 22-25.

Esports BAR+ Americas, will bring the esports industry’s global leaders together with those businesses that naturally connect and collaborate with the sector, in a completely digital experience for the first time ever this September. So a broadcast partner was needed who was at the top of their game. Opting for easylive.io, whose live stream clients include the likes of the Premier League, Caffeine, Facebook, Tencent Games and Twitch, seemed the obvious choice.

The event, delivering content around the pillars of Monetisation, Innovation, Investments and Audiences, will also explore the growing connection between sport and esports, and focus on the importance of education, inclusion and diversity in this booming sector of the entertainment industry. Crucially for delegates, it will feature a targeted networking platform, enabling business meetings. Users will expect the exclusive content via online conferences and data provided to help esports specialists develop their business, to be broadcast in the slickest and most dynamic way imaginable, befitting the audience. Hence the partnership with a world leader in live streaming.

Esports BAR Director, Arnaud Verlhac, explains, “We’re really happy the event will be powered by easylive.io. They’re the number one cloud-based production studio for live streaming, so it was a no brainer to partner with them. Esports Bar+ Americas will reconnect the Esports Ecosystem (Endemics and Non Endemics), facilitating a much-needed return to strategic conversations at a time when many countries are still facing travel bans and all the restrictions associated with Covid. A multi-device approach to running the event is essential, including interactivity, to deliver the best live streaming experience. The conversations that will shape the esports landscape of tomorrow can only happen smoothly on tech that is dynamic and 100% reliable.”

easylive.io CEO, Philippe Laurent, says, “It’s great to be the official live streaming partner of Esports Bar+ Americas. Our tech will enable delegates to follow all the show’s content online and all the live production will be managed from our platform. This will give the experience the feel of a real TV show but 100% virtual with all the speakers and guests safely at home. The features we think will really level up the experience for the esports community are our editing tools for the production customisation, the conferencing feature to invite special guests to join the live feed remotely and also our playlists technology, enabling Esports BAR to broadcast ad breaks and as a transition time between each session. Our clipping feature will be also used to share short video clips from the conference and to highlight the best moments on social networks. Essentially, the feed will be totally secure thanks to our fallback technology and backup. We’re delighted that Esports BAR+ Americas has joined the broadcast revolution!”

Esports BAR+ Americas will be an entirely digital event, 22-25 September.
