Ubisoft has announced the upcoming release of For Honor’s newest Hero, the Ocelotl, scheduled for July 27th. This formidable warrior draws inspiration from the Aztec civilization and embarks on a quest for revenge against the greedy Conquistador in the latest season.

The Ocelotl: A Fierce Aztec Warrior

In this season of For Honor, the Conquistador Vela, a Hero Skin, plundered the riches of a civilization and captured their most ferocious warrior. The Aztec hunter named Mixcoatl, known as the Ocelotl, has now arrived in Heathmoor with his people, seeking retribution for the horrors inflicted upon their homeland. Armed with the Macuahuitl club and the Tepoztopilli spear, the Ocelotl’s deadly combat style allows him to stalk his opponents and strike with unmatched strength. As the fourth Outlander Hero, the Ocelotl joins the esteemed ranks of Afeera, the Pirate, and the Medjay.

Enhanced Performance for Console Players

To coincide with the launch of the Ocelotl Hero, For Honor introduces a Performance Mode exclusively for console players. This mode aims to optimize the gameplay experience on consoles, ensuring smoother and more immersive battles. Console players can expect improved performance and responsiveness, enhancing their overall enjoyment of the game.

For those who wish to continue their journey beyond the free week, all progress and heroes can be seamlessly carried over to the full game upon purchase.

In addition to the Free Week event, For Honor has made significant updates to its in-game tutorials, designed to improve the onboarding experience for both new and existing players. New players will have the opportunity to explore the Free Week event while benefiting from the improved onboarding feature.
