After much anticipation and preparation, The Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth has announced the forthcoming arrival of the Mines of Moria raid on July 26th, 2023. This highly awaited addition will be released in four chapters, allowing players to delve deeper into the iconic world of Middle-earth.

To participate in the Mines of Moria raid, players must meet two prerequisites: reaching player level 30 and being part of a guild. However, the raid offers the flexibility of allowing players to choose any characters or teams they prefer.
Introducing Gandalf the Grey
As an enticing reward for completing the Mines of Moria raid, players will have the opportunity to acquire character shards of Gandalf the Grey, the renowned and powerful Istari (Wizard). Known for his leadership in assembling the Fellowship and his role in the battle against Sauron, Gandalf plays a pivotal part in The Lord of the Rings narrative.
Gandalf the Grey’s character kit will be revealed in due course, but it’s important to note that obtaining and summoning him will require collecting shards throughout multiple chapters of the raid.
Reward Tracks and Incentives
Players can earn rewards through two distinct tracks: the Guild Reward Track and the Personal Reward Track. Both tracks offer various valuable items, such as gold currency, character XP, Gold Raid Coins, and Mithril Raid Coins. Additionally, players can obtain Gandalf the Grey character shards through these reward tracks.
The Personal Reward Track goes a step further by also offering Gems in addition to the listed rewards. Meanwhile, the Guild Reward Track includes Ability Materials (Uncommon and Rare) and Crystals (Light and Shadow) alongside the regular rewards.
A Progressive Journey
The Mines of Moria raid is not a sprint, but rather a gradual progression. Players and their guilds will encounter challenges, unlocking rewards as they advance through the chapters.
