Popular mobile games publisher NetEase Games has announced that two new playable characters have been released in their new asymmetrical 4 vs 1 mobile game Identity V. This coincides with the news that the game has received features on both mobile app stores.
The game has received positive reception from players and critics after successful launches on iOS and Android. Identity V was featured by both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store upon launch. It continues to hit major milestones after being the most downloaded game in multiple regions on the App Store.
A new survivor and a new hunter are now available in game. The new hunter comes in the form of the dreaded Soul Weaver, a giant spider woman. A former circus performer, Violetta created a mechanical spider for her to join and created a show people would never forget. Soul Weaver can entangle, slow down and cocoon survivors during a game, giving hunter players the power to become the ultimate 8 legged predator.
The new survivor ‘the Forward’ carries a rugby ball and allows players to dash forward and knock hunters into other objects or away from allies. The character also has passive bonuses to speed such as vaulting speed increased by 20%. However, the fast-paced interceptor style character does have a penalty for decoding the cipher machines
