Overwatch 2: Invasion – What’s Included?
New Story Missions: “Invasion” comes with three engaging Story Missions that will take players to Rio, Toronto, and Gothenburg. Featuring all-new cinematics and voice lines, players can now delve deeper into the Overwatch 2 storyline with friends.
Introduction of Support Hero, Illari: Illari, the game’s first Peruvian hero, is the 38th addition to the roster. Her sun-powered abilities allow her to heal or harm at medium and long-range, offering a versatile gameplay experience.
Flashpoint – A New PvP Mode: Flashpoint introduces two extensive maps, Suravasa and New Junk City, into the PvP rotation. Players will fight for capture points in this nonlinear experience, allowing for innovative team coordination.
Underworld Co-op Mission: Join forces with friends in a limited-time Event mission in a previously unexplored area of King’s Row, and face-off against Null Sector’s new enemies. Players can expect weekly modifiers for fresh challenges throughout the season.
New Hero Progression System: This system allows players to gain experience with their favorite heroes and earn unique Name Cards and rewards. Progress for each of the 38 heroes is tracked and displayed through an all-new interface.
Coming Soon: Hero Mastery: Later this season, players using Winston, Mercy, Reinhardt, Sojourn, and Tracer can refine their skills and climb the Hero leaderboard. Additional heroes will be added in the future.
