PapaCubec brings pain to players in a game designed to test the limits of human frustration.
Indie game developer PapaCubec teams up with publisher Nordcurrent to bring you a new game called Rushout, a physics-based platformer and 3rd person shooter hybrid. The game will be featured during the Steam Next Fest which starts on October 1st, 2021, and will have a playable demo available. RushOut is aimed to be released in 2022.
RushOut is a physics-based hilarious game that marries platformers and 3rd person shooters together into a game with every feature pushed to the extreme. From C4-strapped pigs and zombie wizards as enemies to random items such as burgers and pizzas as traps, everything in this game is working toward the common goal of throwing you as the player all the way back to the start of the level and making you cry. You are thrown into a boundless dreamworld full of weird platforms, devastating traps, and crazed enemies and your objective is to escape, find out who brought you to this realm, and uh… not alive them. RushOut will test the players’ patience and push the limits of human frustration- Overcome, adapt, improvise.
