Trick or Eat! Get ready to devour a spooky serving of Halloween content in the first seasonal update for hit restaurant roguelite PlateUp!, coming as a free content update on October 25th.
The Halloween update introduces some eerie-sistable new content, including a range of new dishes like Pumpkin Pie and Spiny Fish, along with a selection of fa-boo-lous Halloween hats for your chefs to wear. Two new automation items will also be introduced, including Teleporters, which serve as an upgraded version of the dumbwaiter, and Corner Grabbers, which allow players to change the direction of a grabber’s output and be much more space efficient.
The update also adds four new run-modifying cards, including Tipping Culture, where the amount customers pay is based on their remaining patience, and Picky Eaters, which tasks players with throwing out food left behind by customers. A range of bug fixes, quality of life improvements, brand new music and an additional Twitch integration feature will also be included.
