Ubisoft has disclosed its plans for expanding Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown throughout 2024, starting with the initial content release on March 20. The game, known for its captivating storyline and dynamic gameplay, is set to offer players a range of new experiences through both free updates and a significant paid DLC.
Fresh Challenges and Modes for No Extra Cost
The updates aim to enrich the gaming experience with a variety of new modes and challenges at no additional charge. Starting March 20, players can explore the first Title Update, dubbed “Warrior’s Path.” This update introduces a Speedrun Mode, designed for players looking to test their swiftness across the game’s levels, and a Permadeath mode, offering a higher stake challenge where players must navigate the game without the safety net of respawns. Additionally, four new outfits for the protagonist, Sargon, will be made available, providing aesthetic variations for the character.
Anticipated Paid DLC: A Deeper Dive into Mount Qaf
Later in the year, Ubisoft will launch a paid DLC that promises to extend the adventure significantly. This expansion will feature a new storyline, environments, and adversaries, aiming to provide players with several more hours of gameplay.
