Independent developer One More Game has announced the public alpha launch of their upcoming real-time battler game, Spellcraft, on Steam. The public alpha test will be available from 11 AM PDT / 7:00 PM BST today until April 16th. Players can join the public alpha by requesting playtest access on Steam and be among the first to experience Spellcraft’s fast-paced action.
Developed by a team with experience in classic games such as StarCraft, Diablo, Guild Wars, League of Legends, and Magic: Arena, Spellcraft combines elements of competitive online multiplayer and tactical strategy games. The game is designed to be accessible and free-to-play, with brief, action-packed battles that allow players to maximize their gaming time.
In Spellcraft, players actively command a team of three heroes to outplay opponents in a real-time battler format. Players can fine-tune their strategies by selecting unique and powerful spells for each character, showcasing their tactical mastery through well-timed abilities, dealing damage, and disrupting their opponents’ plans.
The Spellcraft public alpha is available as a playtest on Steam and is open to all players, provided demand does not exceed expectations.
