Spy Strategy Game Sigma Theory: Global Cold War Sees Large Closed Beta Update on Steam in Lead Up to Official Launch April 18

Today, French independent developer Mi-Clos Studio has released a large update for the closed beta of its upcoming single player spy strategy game Sigma Theory: Global Cold War, set to release on April 18, 2019 on Steam for PC, Mac and Linux. This large update for their new title coincides with the 5th anniversary of their popular previous game, the award-winning sci-fi game Out There (Steam).

To celebrate the day, a special Sigma Theory community contest has also been launched, asking fans to imagine an in-game version of the current President of the United States, Donald Trump; including all the “admirable qualities” he would have as one of the in-game nation representatives to come. The creators of the funniest mock-ups will be declared winners, have their portraits featured in the game and will receive a game pack – featuring a game key and a T-Shirt.

The update will bring a host of new and updated features to the closed beta in the lead-up to the official launch on April 18th. This includes community-requested new counter-espionage mechanics, interrogation options and a faction quest system, as well as a large amount of new agents and visual polish.
