Kongregate Brings Strategic PVP Collectible Card Game to Android and iOS
Kongregate, a leading publisher of mobile, PC, and web games, announced Stormbound, the tactical collectable card game from Paladin Studios, is available now for Android and iOS devices. The game immerses players in a rich world and unique art style as they strategically construct a deck of powerful cards and dive into online PVP battles on a “living” gameboard.
Stormbound’s innovative gameplay combines fan-favorite aspects of collectible card games with the tactical strategy of traditional board games. It includes more than 90 cards for players to collect and test in their efforts to conquer their foes. The gameboard adds a unique positional gameplay that opens up a myriad of fresh tactical moves compared to traditional CCGs, while the units and cards have a broad variety, which makes for unexpected and interesting battle combinations. The game’s innovative gameplay was recently named Gamescom 2017’s Best Mobile Game at Indie Arena Booth.
