SNK Corporation has announced that DLC character KIM KAPHWAN will be added to THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV (KOF XV) on April 4th, 2023. Additionally, another DLC character, GOENITZ, will be available for free in Summer 2023.
KIM KAPHWAN makes his much-anticipated debut in KOF XV Season 2, following the recent introduction of SHINGO YABUKI. KAPHWAN is known for his diverse midair specials and powerful jumping attacks, which will undoubtedly add an exciting dimension to the game.
GOENITZ, the boss from THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’96, is set to make a triumphant comeback in KOF XV this summer as a free DLC character. Players can look forward to experiencing his unique abilities and gameplay style once again.
KOF XV Season 2 promises an action-packed roster with a total of seven new characters. Alongside SHINGO YABUKI and KIM KAPHWAN, the lineup will include SYLVIE PAULA PAULA, GOENITZ (free DLC), and NAJD, with two more fighters yet to be revealed. The six paid DLC characters are available as part of the Fighter Pass, offering fans an even more expansive and engaging gaming experience.
