The Exile’s Return update is more than just a campaign conclusion. It features three mission-packed final Acts, a unique boss fight, and a new cinematic to give players the thrilling ending they crave. But that’s not all. Say hello to Aurelia, a new Survival hero, along with a range of updates and fixes that includes improved pathfinding, Spanish localization, and new formations.
A Year of Milestones
Ryan McMahon, GM PC and Console at PlaySide Studios, shed light on the game’s journey this year. 2023 saw the rollout of 11 total campaign missions, 44 in-game cutscenes, four fully voiced cinematics, and two new Heroes for Survival mode. This update, McMahon assures, takes the game one step closer to its final 1.0 version.
