The hack-and-slash classic Eukarion Tales 2 returns, kicking off AgeOfGames’ multi re-release roadmap for 2023.
AgeOfGames, a renowned game development studio, is set to relaunch their 2010 hack-and-slash hit, Eukarion Tales 2, on Steam for PC on April 27th, 2023. With over 100 million plays across their catalog, the studio is re-introducing their popular Flash games to a new generation of gamers, starting with Eukarion Tales 2.
Eukarion Tales 2, initially a Flash classic, will be available for purchase on Steam for $2.99. This relaunch is the first of many planned for the rest of 2023 and beyond, breathing new life into AgeOfGames’ collection of 2000s Flash games.
In Eukarion Tales 2, players must defend their land from the evil forces of Kaos by completing quests, gaining experience, learning new spells and abilities, and equipping themselves with powerful weapons and armor. Each region offers engaging gameplay and challenging battles, filled with numerous enemies to fight, treasures to uncover, and bloodshed to experience.
Players can choose between a formidable human knight or a magical elven princess, upgrading their attributes and abilities on the stats screen. The action bar allows for quick use of special abilities and items during combat. The game can be controlled using the mouse, with fast-cast spells available via the keyboard.
Eukarion Tales 2 is part of AgeofGames’ list of artifacts, a selection of Flash games developed by the studio in the early 2000s. The studio’s catalog has been downloaded and played over 100 million times in the past two decades, establishing AgeofGames as one of the most respected developers of classic Flash games.
