LOADED SIGNS YILIANG (PETER) “DOUBLELIFT” PENG TO ITS GROWING ROSTER OF TALENT
Today, Loaded, the leading management firm for many of the world’s biggest gaming content creators, announced it has signed streamer and former professional League of Legends player Yiliang (Peter) “Doublelift” Peng to its growing roster of talent.
With a professional career that spans over a decade, Doublelift is one of North America’s most storied League of Legends players. He joins Loaded after retiring from LoL in November 2020 and signs with the management company to help guide him on his future gaming endeavors. Under the agreement, Loaded will manage the key aspects of his career including platform negotiations, entertainment opportunities, sponsorships, media licensing, merchandising, partnerships, appearances, and more.
“I’m extremely excited to be joining Loaded. This is the first year that I’ll be putting in my best effort and taking content creation as competitively as I did playing professionally. There are many highly respected, accomplished, and talented people that I can now work with to reach the heights of success that I know to be possible,” said Doublelift.
During his tenure playing LoL, Doublelift was recognized as one of the best North American bot laners. Some of his career highlights include LCS Most Valuable Player (2018), LCS Finals MVP (2019) 8x LCS Champion (multiple season wins from 2015 – 2020), and 5x LCS All-Star (2013-2016, 2018).
Doublelift got into gaming through classic Nintendo 64 titles such as Star Fox & Golden Eye before moving into PC games such as World of Warcraft, Dota & LoL. This week, Doublelift began his first-ever Subathon on his Twitch channel – in which each new subscriber added anywhere between 20 to 69 seconds (depending on his activity at the time) to the stream end time – to reach Rank 1 on the LoL leaderboard. The subathon began on Friday, January 7th, 2022, and Doublelift amassed over 10,000 total subscribers.
