Vela Games, a team of veterans behind some of the biggest online games including League of Legends and Fortnite, has announced the closed beta for their debut title EVERCORE Heroes. This unique competitive PvE game is set to begin on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, giving players a chance to experience a new multi-genre gameplay experience.
According to Vela Games CEO and Co-Founder, Travis George, EVERCORE Heroes is not a MOBA, MMO, or loot grind game. Instead, it’s a brand new competitive PvE experience that combines deep mastery with a focus on cooperative team play. He believes that fans of both PvE and PvP games will find this title fascinating.
EVERCORE Heroes Founder’s Pack is now available exclusively at evercoreheroes.com. This pack allows players to secure their place in the closed beta, which includes additional keys to share with friends, exclusive content, a battle pass that never expires, and more. The pre-order also includes the ultra-rare Vela Beko skin that players can show off in-game.
The closed beta will feature three unique stages, each with its own set of items, enemies, and a unique head-to-head encounter. In addition, the beta will include sixteen heroes, eight of which are new additions to the roster. These heroes, including Grayce, Skye, and Sydian, offer unique gameplay and expand the game’s world.
EVERCORE Heroes match is a competitive PvE session between four teams of four heroes, all aiming to defend the world of Lumerea by protecting the Evercore. To win, players must power up their heroes, charge their Evercore, survive onslaughts of dangerous beasts, and triumph in the final head-to-head challenge. Players will have to work together to outplay other teams in critical moments during the match.
Finally, the closed beta allows player progress to carry over to the final free-to-play game at launch. This gives players a chance to earn in-game items and make purchases that will contribute to their final launch experience. Vela Games is excited to receive feedback from players during the beta and continue to make EVERCORE Heroes the best it can be.
