The Abyss, a digital distribution platform for video games, announces partnership with Pixile Studios, a multiplayer games developer, to release Super Animal Royale 2D fight-for-survival shooter on The Abyss.
Super Animal Royale is a top-down multiplayer shoot-to-kill action game, that takes a whole new perspective on the battle royale genre. The game is set on a remote island full of up to 64 adorably murderous animals, ranging from foxes and pandas, to kitty cats, and other bloodthirsty beasts.
Parachuting into the ruins of an ill-fated safari park, numerous genetically modified animals are fighting to death until there’s only one animal standing to perform its winner dance. Whether fox, tiger or sloth, every animal has a chance once they have a gun in their paws.
The game’s key features:
- Atmospheric battle royale action from a top-down perspective;
- Carefully balanced run and gun gameplay combined with an intuitive fog of war system that restricts a player’s view to the line of sight, allowing for sneaky, strategic play;
- A massive, beautifully illustrated island, filled with diverse biomes and topography;
- Weapons, explosives, health juice and other items hiding in the tall grass and abandoned structures to aid in the survival;
