WRATH: Aeon of Ruin, developed by KillPixel Games in collaboration with Slipgate Ironworks and published by 3D Realms alongside Fulqrum Publishing, has officially exited Early Access, launching its full version 1.0. The game is now available on PC through Steam, Epic Game Store, and GOG, with updates regarding its console release expected later in 2024.

The transition to version 1.0 brings a significant content update to WRATH, introducing a new hub area, three challenging boss battles concluding each game episode, alongside three additional weapons and four new enemy types. Players will also find two new Sigils and five new Artifacts to discover, enriching the gameplay experience with a fully fleshed-out storyline.

Players take on the role of the Outlander, navigating through the remnants of The Old World. Guided by the Shepherd of Wayward Souls, the mission is clear: to hunt down and eliminate the Guardians of the Old World. WRATH offers a robust arsenal of nine distinct weapons, ranging from the devastating double-barreled shotgun to the innovative Ruination Blade and biological weaponry like the Retcher.

The game’s world connects corrupted temples, mystic forests, and decaying ruins through a central hub, encouraging thorough exploration.
