Vinyl Launch for Baldur’s Gate 3 Soundtrack
Gamemusic Records has released the Baldur’s Gate 3 Original Soundtrack on vinyl, with two editions available for pre-order. This soundtrack, composed by Borislav Slavov for Larian Studios’ latest RPG installment, is presented in a triple-vinyl album format, remastered for vinyl listeners and featuring new original artwork.
Edition Details and Pre-Order Information
Starting 19th March 2024, fans can pre-order the Standard or Deluxe editions. The Standard Edition offers three 180-gram LPs in a gatefold jacket with antistatic sleeves, adorned with artwork by Magdalena Katańska. Its design includes black and purple vinyl, reflecting themes from the game’s universe. The Deluxe Edition, a limited-time offer during the pre-order phase, features six unique paintings of Origin Characters on the inner sleeves, with each vinyl disc showcasing varied color mixes symbolizing the game’s character dynamics. This edition is encased in a magnetic closure box, resembling an ancient tome, and includes a booklet with a piano score and extended liner notes.
Availability and Shipping
Both editions can be ordered from the Gamemusic Records Online Store and Larian Merch Store. While the Standard Edition will continue to be available, the Deluxe Edition is exclusive to the pre-order period. The expected start for worldwide shipping is in Summer 2024.
