PRISMATIKA and Team Lazerbeam proudly announce the release of a playable demo for the upcoming offbeat roleplaying-meets-wrestling dating sim, Wrestling With Emotions: New Kid on the Block. The demo, titled Wrestling with Emotions – Demo Dawg’s Treat, is now available for download on PC via Steam. The game will also participate in LudoNarraCon 2023, taking place from May 4th to May 8th.
Demo Dawg’s Treat offers players a rapid-fire remix of select features from the full game, introducing them to a world full of heart, humor, and muscle-bound cuties. The demo showcases an array of unique features that set the game apart from other dating simulators, promising a thrilling and unconventional gaming experience.
In the demo, players will have access to the Look Out Lovers! (L.O.L.) Character Creator, allowing them to build their very own dream wrestler. They will also be introduced to Cuddle Town, the world’s greatest city dedicated to emotional hardcore wrestling, and MEAT (Muscle, Elegance, Attitude & Theatrics) with their new wrestling coach, Major Malfunction.
Players can also customize their wrestler’s appearance with painted nails, jewelry, and tattoos using the most advanced hand customizer ever seen in a wrestling game. The demo allows players to experience whirlwind romances with one of seven superstar wrestlers, including Irresistible Steve, Radical Ray, and Freakshow.
Set in 1994, the game features Demo Dawg, a rapping dog who guides players through the demo and is more than happy to receive some pets along the way.
Wrestling With Emotions: New Kid on the Block reimagines the dating sim genre, blending it with the exciting world of wrestling. Players will have the opportunity to befriend, seduce, enrage, and body slam a diverse cast of heartthrobs, making it a one-of-a-kind gaming experience.
